When you have “Requests” to make

- 1. Log into the Webware App (if you know how to do that scroll down to see "Get Support")
You can access the Webware App from either your computer's browser or using our dedicated Webware Mobile App for iOS and Android.
How to download and log into the Webware App for Mobile Devices
- 1. Click HERE to get redirected to your device's App Store OR on your smart device's App Store/Play Store, search for "Webware" and download the "Webware " App.
- 2. After the download is complete, open the "Webware" app from your device's home screen.
- 3. On the login screen, enter the FULL URL for your website (ie https://www.websiteexample.com).
- 4. Enter your E-Mail and Password provided by Webware here. If you are unsure what your e-mail or password is, please contact your Account Co-Ordinator or our Live Support, or select Forgot Password to create a NEW password.
- 5. Select Login
How to access the Webware App from your Desktop Computer
- 1. Open any internet browser, and in the address bar, type in your website's URL and be sure to include /admin at the end of your domain. For example: www.websiteexample.com/admin
- 2. You should now see the Login page for your website's dashboard. Enter your E-Mail and Password provided by Webware here. If you are unsure what your e-mail or password is, please contact your Account Co-Ordinator or our Live Support, or select Forgot Password to create a NEW password.
- 3. Select Login
- 4. On the left side of the menu select HOME to view the Webware App from your browser
How to Start a New Request
- 1. On the App's Dashboard, from either the desktop or mobile, click on “Requests” to raise a new request.
- 2. Click on the “+” sign to add your request.
- 3. Add your Request Title.
- 4. Choose the Request Type:
Website change, Social Media Post, Email Newsletters, Blog posts, Flag a negative review, Account pulse review, Account change, Campaign on demand - 5. Add your Request Description.
- 6. Add Attachments. (if any).
- 7. Click on Submit.
Once you create a Request, our team will be able to start working on it and we'll share a flow with you on the app so you can track the progress of your request.
