  • 1. Log into the Webware App (if you know how to do that scroll down to see "Get Support")

You can access the Webware App from either your computer's browser or using our dedicated Webware Mobile App for iOS and Android.

How to download and log into the Webware App for Mobile Devices

  • 1. Click HERE to get redirected to your device's App Store OR on your smart device's App Store/Play Store, search for "Webware" and download the "Webware " App.
  • 2. After the download is complete, open the "Webware" app from your device's home screen.
  • 3. On the login screen, enter the FULL URL for your website (ie https://www.websiteexample.com).
  • 4. Enter your E-Mail and Password provided by Webware here. If you are unsure what your e-mail or password is, please contact your Account Co-Ordinator or our Live Support, or select Forgot Password to create a NEW password.
  • 5. Select Login

How to access the Webware App from your Desktop Computer

  • 1. Open any internet browser, and in the address bar, type in your website's URL and be sure to include /admin at the end of your domain. For example: www.websiteexample.com/admin
  • 2. You should now see the Login page for your website's dashboard. Enter your E-Mail and Password provided by Webware here. If you are unsure what your e-mail or password is, please contact your Account Co-Ordinator or our Live Support, or select Forgot Password to create a NEW password.
  • 3. Select Login
  • 4. On the left side of the menu select HOME to view the Webware App from your browser

How to get the most out of your "Account Manager" on the Webware Hub

Live Support If you have an assigned Account Manager or Co-Ordinator and want to discuss any concern(s) or question(s) you may have, you can either message them directly or schedule an appointment right from the Webware Hub located in both the app and the workspace of your website!

If you don’t have an assigned Account manager, you can raise a request for “Account change”.

    Follow the steps below to start a conversation with your Account Manager/Co-Ordinator.

  • 1. On the Webware Hub dashboard, under "Your Teams" you should be able to view your assigned Account Manager/Co-Ordinator. Click on the team member you would like to reach out to.
  • 2. You can start a live conversation with your Account Manager/Co-Ordinator right in the text section (where it says "Send message....") found at the bottom of the screen.
  • 3. TO CALL A USER FROM THE WEBWARE HUB - While in the conversation with the Account Manager/Co-Ordinator, you can select the "camera" (from the desktop workspae) or the "phone" icon (from the mobile app) to either "Meet Now" or "Schedule Meeting"
